Moscow, Russia: After the recent launch of its data centers in Hungary and China, Radix Technologies, an Information Technology company, is holding a series of conferences focusing on cloud computing and global workforce mobility challenges. The series kicked off in Budapest on February 25, with events following in Dubai, Beijing and Shanghai.

These conferences aim to demonstrate how and why cloud-based solutions provide the greatest flexibility and value. Cloud computing, Software as a Service and Radix’s own solutions can help organizations manage their businesses more effectively, instead of investing excessive resources to maintain their in-house systems.

For Judit Kató, Sales and Marketing Manager of Radix Technologies, the benefits of cloud computing are clear. The ability to effectively manage resources as requirements dictate, drastically improve reliability and the low start-up costs of switching to cloud applications should be attractive to businesses, but many are unaware of how they could take advantage of them. Radix Technologies offers via™, a suite of SaaS applications for the global HR mobility industry and RadixCloud™, a range of cloud hosting solutions.

Ms. Kató explains: “via™ uses the Cloud to create a common online space for HR, assignees and vendors (such as moving or immigration companies) to work together. For HR managers, the system allows unrivaled control and visibility over the process of relocating an employee. Having the application on a cloud platform makes this possible and we want to raise awareness of this model among industry professionals.”

For organizations wishing to outsource their IT infrastructure, RadixCloud™ offers various cloud hosting options. David Corriveau, Managing Director of Radix Technologies suggests that cloud hosting takes the unnecessary suspense out of managing IT infrastructure. “We have the philosophy that for many businesses, IT infrastructure is a weak link; many trust in-house systems that aren’t fit for purpose, and find themselves struggling with escalating hardware costs. Hosting your mission critical systems and data on the cloud significantly mitigates the risk.”

Radix Technologies welcomes business owners and directors of corporate Human Resources, Global Mobility and Information Technology to attend the Moscow conference at the Golden Ring Hotel on May 27, 2010 from 9.30 am to 3.30 pm.
